Summary
1. Developed sustainable paper-based packaging solutions as eco-friendly alternatives to rigid plastic containers for QSR and frozen food sectors. 2. Designed a minimal, strategy-driven product brochure to support marketing and B2B communication for new packaging solutions. 3. Strategised 5S lean strategies on the shop floor to enhance operational efficiency, organization, and workplace safety.

Summary
Designed wayfinding process maps for various first-time passengers arriving and departing an upcoming International Airport. Involved information design, process mapping, user flows and signage design. They have been proposed to be put up as wall-mounted signage as well as handheld brochures during navigation.
